This shoot involved 19 different captured raptor species seen around Boulder,CO It was done for the raptor protraits utilizing various local raptor education and conservation societies and for flight and portrait shots employing local licenced CO falconeers. A great chance to photograph birds close up under the supervision of the State of Colorado who licences every bird we shot knowing the handler and the health status of every bird.I picked up 6 new species and better shots of at least 12 others
