A very simple fact: No one is going to love you if you don't love yourself. Whether or not you want to believe it, if you don't love yourself, if you don't respect yourself, no else can truly love or respect you. Today is Valentines day, a day when we express our feelings more obvious to the people dear to us but we must also remember that this is the day to be more appreciative and to be in loved with ourselves. Love begins in oneself and there's no way you can give it to someone else if you don't have it.
