All Lempert steering wheels are handcrafted to customer order. The making of a Lempert steering wheel is a process which includes interaction with the customer to make sure any unique requirements are understood. Only the best materials are used, including select exotic hardwoods from all over the world.




Return policy: Exchanges only. Custom/bespoke steering wheels are subject to approval before an exchange can be made due to possible unique characteristics. Returns will also be accepted in the rare case where work performed is not to the customer's satisfaction. Lempert Wheels will make the decision to correct the problem or remake the wheel.


Delivery times will differ based on the complexity of the steering wheel, any unique requirements, one-off requests, and workload. Timing estimates will be given, but due to the handcrafted nature of the work, they are only estimates. No steering wheel will be shipped until it meets with the satisfaction of the crafter.
