This bird (the same bird in all these images) made a regular circuit around us, but usually winding up in the tree I took the perched shots.

Jeff and I saw it take a vole and fly off with it, and tried to get Gene to watch it. This is when Gene told us to "get on this bird", which was the Ferruginous Hawk coming through; we forget about the Roughie and the vole!
