The middle bird in the back with the black back is the male Tufted; luckily the tuft is sticking up. He is still in eclipse plumage, but should be pretty sharp shortly. Hopefully he'll hang around until late winter like it did last year, and get to the stark black and white pattern expected of a Tufty.
This is the only shot that really shows the tuft. The birds sides right now are mottled gray and white, though usually looking paler than this shot shows.
