The adult male has seperated from the long-staying young bird now, and gave Q.B. Gray and I fantastic looks from the next bay south of Pace Point on the TN River side, Coot Bay. At times the bird was probably less than 200 yards away, considerably closer than I've seen it at Pace Point.
