This immature White-winged Scoter was 1st found last weekend by a group returning from the fall TOS meeting at Clarksville. It was in the same area off the east side of Pace Point where it was seen earlier. After a few minutes it flew out of sight behind the Point. This was great timing, as it was either a state bird or lifer for the rest of the group that I was birding with.
