This bird was amazingly seen as we were driving down the road, by Jeff Wilson. This is a typical look at a bird in its defence posture, bill up imitating its surroundings. It didnt' blend in quite as fully as they usually do though. The boldly striped neck and sharply pointed bill are obvious.
