I finally found the Fulvous Whistler, on my 2nd try at TVA Lake after having also searched the usual location in hangs out in the central pits at Ensley. For those familiar with the area, these birds are in the far right corner of TVA Lake, at least 300 yards from where I was parked, into the Sun. I was quite surprised the digiscopes came out this well. When I first arrived there were just these 3 birds, but eventually 8 more Black-bellied came in before all left for the pits.
