This majestic raptor is a treat whenever encountered in TN. Definitely the most regular place in TN for this bird is the Pace Point area, or Big Sandy TNWR. There is a large communal Bald Eagle roost here of usually 40-50 birds, and often a Golden or two can be seen. They are also often seen soaring around the area during the day.
