This is a Wagner MC131197 that came with the kit (FFR # 14533). The fittings I had to purchase are:

Front port on master cylinder - Edelmann 265000 - 12mm x 1.0 male bubble flare to 3/8" 24 thread female from brake line.
Rear port on master cylinder - Edelmann 271300 10mm x 1.- male bubble flare to 3/8" 24 thread female from brake line.
