Previous owner was in the process of upgrading the damaged front end with '91-93 lights. That white bumper is raw fiberglass, and rubs off if you touch it. If you have a donor like this, I recommend the first thing you remove be the raw fiberglass bumper. Be sure to use gloves when handling it.
