Congrats on a great season! It's nice to see that Mira Costa still has a top-notch distance running program. Finding your pics brought back memories, for sure. My advice to you all is to KEEP RUNNING! I graduated in 1974 and I'm still racing, although a bit slower. (Groan) If you happen to know Dave Holland's email address, send it my way, it would be fun to get in touch. He coached me to a 9:07 two mile his first year of coaching. Best regards, Tom
