Istanbul: our Hotel; trip up the Bosphorus

On the only overcast day of our trip, we took a boat ride up the Bosphorus to the Black Sea, ate lunch, and came back.

We loved our hotel in the old part of the city; not only could we walk everywhere we wanted to see, but it had wonderful views from the roof.
