You presented some interesting photos.
A suggestion to eliminate the need to pan from left and right:

Leave the 4 columns (as you currently are using)

Edit your profile and make the following changes.
Change Table Width to 100
Change BOTH Cell Spacings and Cell Padding to 3
and save your changes.
Now, your 4 photos will display ALL -- without panning (left & right) as long as your descriptions are NOT wider than the display thumprint photos. If you want to change the FONT SIZE that will allow smaller type size that will allow much longer names (if needed) without exceeding the width of the thumprint displayed photos.
