September - 2008 PhRMA Staff Orienteering

Leadership, Strategy & Teamwork - Team Orienteering for Admin, F&O & Foundation Staffers in the Board Room and on the National Mall.

MISSION: To fund PhRMA's budget to its full potential.

ACTIONS: DETERMINE: a system of leadership; strategies for utilizing resources and achieving goals; maximum budget commitment; five field team assignments and budget amount committed to overall budget by each team; think on our feet when hard times crept upon us; what team processes, roles and goals are necessary for the success of this PhRMA effort; and finally determine other important qualitative measure of our success.

OUTCOME: Met our budget goals and even exceeded our mission targets to be awarded bonuses for all members of the team.
