Spring Birds on Compton Mountain

This Indigo Bunting has been visting the White Proso Millet feeder since it arrived a few days ago.
The White-crowned Sparrow is just passing through. They don't breed or winter here on the mountain.
The Rose-breasted Grosbeak came in with three others. It will probably be heading for nearby higher mountains to start nesting soon.
The pair of Gray Catbirds will probably nest here as they usually do.
The Blue-winged Warbler may be passing through, though I hope he decides to nest here.
The Yellow Warbler is one of two pairs nesting here on our property.
The male Scarlet Tanager nests in the woods below the edge of the yard.
The hummingbirds are two of 14 coming to the feeders at the moment.
