Feeding Birds From the Hand

This year Pine Siskins have moved in from up north, probably due to a cone crop failure there. They are not very afraid of humans. I took some sunflower seed near to where they were feeding, and within 30 seconds one was eating from the cup I was holding. Others soon followed. My wife Lynda took the photos.
