Visiting Owl
After looking over the yard for something to eat (fortunately we had our poodle in the house) he decided to leave and flew over my head to the next house.

Visiting Owl
This owl was visiting our neighborhood one morning and landed on our roof. Unusual to see an owl out of habitat and during the day. Probably displaced during one of our many summer forest fires.
