This is the old barn my friend Jo and I went to photograph. The first time I had no film in my camera and so had to revisit. I had a Minolta 100 SLR. Funny how the thrill of clicking that button changes on the second time around. Not quite the same. After that I seriously looked into digital media and got my Nikon to take these pictures.
A year and a bit after taking the first pictures I drove by to see it like this. I had been watching it lean more and more but the owners thought it was too dangerous and decided to push it down. To my surprise later in the day they has set it on fire. I was very sad to see this old girl burn but never worried again about the danger it held.
Un beau reportage, et une triste fin pour ce poulailler. De belles images du bois usé par les intempéries.V

Glad you were able to capture it before it was taken down. Unfortunately, this seems to be happening to alot of the old rural buildings these days....GMV
