Ancient Greek scientist Woodthagoras proved that the top speed of a battle ship increased by 3.1415% per additional drummer! (Exluding Heavy- and Speed-Metal, not yet invented then.)



Thereupon HMoP (Higher Management of Paulopolis) ordered to optimize their offensive fleet accordingly.
Lacking enough trained drummers, MMoPRHR (Middle Management for Renewable Human Resources) could only fully man two ships in total.
Due to a misplaced spreadsheet, LMoP (Lower Management) somehow forgot to sign on fighting troops.
Soon afterwards, things started to go *really* wrong...... ;)



Paulopolis lost that sea battle but won the retreat race by over 1500 ship lengths!!
Not to forget that Paulopolis also won the doubtful fame for having introduced the "crazy" part into "Democracy"!
