One amazing old machine.

This huge machine separates the wheat from the chaff. Here it is being moved between farms by a three-horse team. The machine was built in the 1920s and how they keep it running is amazing. A picture of the motor that runs it is posted following this one.

I can remember when these Threshing Machines were in use... I don't think the Health & Safety Officers would allow them to work here now. The machines would have too many unguarded pulleys and driving belts.
