Some very dramatic work Steve. Action and drama very well captured. Voted.
There is beauty in such drama. Right place right time, but if you are not out looking it wont come to you. Someone taught me that. I wonder who? I really like the way you have managed to capture such movement especially in making helicopters not seem so static...........smiles smugly. Great gallery even though it represents tragedy.

Tell you one thing, I hope it is not the problem of grass-burning lead to house burning. They used to burn grass every year.
This is outstanding photojournalism. Well documented. Hope all is well, now, and you are getting back to normal.
Emotive scenes of man's desperate fight against the brutal force of nature, masterfully captured by Mr. Bailey.
No fun to be a witness of events like this...
Some unique pictures you captured, great journalistic work.
