Tanah Karo Expedition

Tanah Karo is a highland located in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Among one of the regions heavily hit by recent earthquake and Tsunami, these shots taken few hours after the earthquake. We haven't realized the magnitude of the disaster then, for physical damage is minimum in Medan and the surrounding areas.

These shots are taken at Berastagi, Kabanjahe, Gundaling, Tongging, Karo-Simalungun border, and Mount Sipiso-piso.

Nice pictures with excellent angles. Just fyi, Tanah karo was not hit by earthquake and tsunami.

Excellent!! Recall me the trip around this area on April 1997, seens like nothing change after all this years. and Berastagi' Spisopiso Waterfall even more beautiful... Thanks at lot!!
