My 11 yr old son Hunter loves hockey. In fact, he learned to read from collecting hockey cards when he was little, and following the NHL stats in the newspaper! After summers spent playing baseball, and a couple winters of playing deck hockey, he finally had a chance to play ice hockey this winter.

These pix were taken on the last day of a 16 week session. Kids vs. Dads. I went down just to take photos of my son playing hockey (finally), and ended up getting called in to take a team photo! Sorry these photos are mostly of my son! (I'm posting these online, because he wants to use a couple for his myspace page and this is how he's been moving photos to his page!) If I had been thinking ahead (and not looking after a 2 yr old), I would have taken more photos of ALL the kids. Maybe next year.... Also, I enjoy taking sports photos, and hope to do more in the near future!
