I want to thank anthony for his gift of uplifting people and strengthening their faith and resolve to serve the master. Every time I hear him play the notes the words to that wonderful song return to my mind "Then sings my soul my saviour GOD to thee, HOW GREAT THOU ART< HOW GREAT THOU ART!!!" and the medley How Big is GOD?/How great thou art Fills me with a rapturous euphoria that is only a tiny glimpse of what worshiping the lord GOD in heaven will be like!! I am reminded of the following words of Anthony when I think of him. "I am a simple man with a Majestic instrument With the power of GOD behind me!" Play on Anthony, I cannot wait to hear you playing for the lord in heaven when I get there! God Bless you LuAnn, The Burger Boys and Lori! We All love you

What a precious picture. I mourn His passing. I wish to thank his family for sharing him with us. What a great lost for the southern gospel music and others

Thank you, Anthony, for blessing us all. May God especially bless his two sons.

Thank you so much for your kind comments and prayers. Mark, I love the photo gallery. My mom is Anthony's aunt (his dad's sister), and our family loves to read the great stories of how he touched people all over the country. Anthony was one of those few people who "sparkled" his entire life. In every simple moment and as a child, I remember his joy for life. We will miss him.

My wife and I and several of our relatives just loved Anthony's wonderful talent with the piano. Most of all you just felt the worshipful way he used his talent for the glory of our Saviour. It is a real loss for all of us but what an addition to the heavenly Choir! Our thoughts, prayers and sympathy are with his precious family.

We pray for the comfort of the Lord for Anthony's family as well as the Gaither friends and family. The Christian music family will miss him. We will understand it all better, by and by. God makes no mistakes.

What a shock to hear of Anthony's death. He has had a tremendous impact on our family . . . our daughters play the piano and have used some of his books. May God be with his wife and family, and the entire "Homecoming Family" at this time.

I just found out about the death of Anthony Burger, I heard him play many times in concert. My prayers go out all to his family & the Gaither Homecoming Family as well. What a joy to know that he is with the KING OF KINGS & LORD OF LORDS.
