Rub chops with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, chipotle chile pepper, & crushed rosemary.
Bake @ 350 for about 45 minutes, turning over halfway through, to brown both sides.
Add some finely diced garlic & pumpkin pie spice, (or cinnamon) to apple butter. Mix together and spoon over the top of the chops.Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes, until it looks good.
