Hotel was just 3 blocks up from Ginza...
Quite surprising given how cheap (almost 1/3rd the cost of equivilent hotel in Sydney) and LARGE (and quite good) the hotel room was for it to be just a couple of hundred meters away from the most expensive real estate on earth....

walking down this street you'd have thought everyone in Japan owned an expensive German car... or European motorcyle - first time I've seen more than one MV Augusta or Benelli parked on the side of the road.
