Dean Eades BirdMad - BirdGuides Photo of the Year Winner
Very beautiful photograph, proficiat. To greet from Deinze (Belgium)
You were asking when I took the photo of Shoal Bay.
That would have been back in the early '90s. The store at that time was long abandoned.
The approach to the government wharf would have been in the extreme right side of the photo, I cloned it out as it was over exposed.
Sounds like you've been to East Thurlow Island.
I always liked that back way to get up the coast rather than the main shipping route of Discovery Pass/Johnstone Strait.
I really enjoyed viewing your galleries. You have some great shots here.
Glad you enjoyed my galleries, and thanks for commenting.
I poped over to your gallery and enjoyed the old mine sites. Don't you wish old buildings could talk, what stories they might tell.
Great galleries! Although I'm a train fan, I especially liked your coal mine gallery - the "mood of a deserted place" could really be felt. Thanks for good work !
