In the morning of 14 may 1940, a total of 90 bombers from squadron KG 45 dropped their full load of bombs on Rotterdam.
Between 800-900 people were killed and 70.000 homeless.
Aprox.25.000 homes,24 churches,2320 stores, 775 warehouses and 62 schools were destroyed.
In this time a couple of old buildings are still there.
