I got this light as a backdrop light only. I took this picture just to try the light out and see if it worked. It works fine. Especially for the price. The color temp varies from 5300 to 5600 Kelvin(which is less desirable). recycle time is from .5 to 3 seconds, and I found it to be about 1 second in my case. Not a bad buy for the price.
