I have a nest of Bald -faced Hornets in a pine tree in the backyard in Ohio. They are trying to get into my Bee Hives. The Honeybees are fighting them off at the hive entrances! I found the nest today and sprayed wasp and hornet killer in the entrance. Luckily I didn't get stung while mowing grass.

Nice capture. I had a nest of them in our backyard one time and didn't realize how aggressive of an insect they are until I read about them online. It was close but I didn't get stung while doing yard work. Just scared! Pics of the nest here:
