Gräsö - Swedish archipelago

Gräsö is an island in the northern part of the archipelago of Uppland. Outside only the Bothnian sea. The island is 30 km long with a few hundred inhabitants in winter. During summer many thousands come here to enjoy the sun, the sea and the cliffs.

Beautiful pictures! I have a house on this island and though it is even more beautiful in real life I think you have captured the essence of Gräsö very well!

Thank you very much. Spent last summer by the sea and there was a clear sky at sunset almost everyday. Strange how each sunset could be so different in colour and light. Best regards/Mark

Mark, you have found some incredible light, and you know how to use it well. Those are some very creative photos, not your ordinary, "run-of-the-mill" sunset shots. Thanks for sharing! Hi Mark,I very enjoyed to go through your beautiful sunsets-gallery,remembering me a sunset some weeks ago in Sandviken I`ve never seen before;there was a such bright sunlight down at sea level blinding my eyes while driving the car.Thanks for sharing Franz
