In a way this one seems more pleasing, because of the ladder-like lead-in, no?

Agree, Mary. I like the left to right ascending lines and shapes. Not sure why, but this one is more pleasing to my eyes.

I think this one is better, probably because it "reads" left to right and that seems more natural to me. V
