To Eldar Kadymov request: Fill a new transparent layer, above the BKGD layer, by dragging left to right, with linear gradient "Chrome" preset. Add a duped BKGD. layer and move to top of stack. Desaturate, then apply Filter > Artistic? > Chrome to this layer and lastly clip it to the gradient layer below. Add a layer mask filled with black and paint with white to allow selected reds in BKGD.layer to show through. Complete. Add emboss or opacity change to layers to suit your image if the blending is not smooth or the chrome is not harsh enough. Or add Render lighting layer to brighten up an image.
