Let’s imagine a street number, just an example…Number 16.
We might imagine to find a building, a gate, maybe an inner courtyard.
Not in this case, Number 16 of Oude Koornmarkt ( if you are neither Flemish or Dutch, already trying to pronounce that is a mental labyrinth) in Antwerpen is simply a very ancient alley, which leads to another alley, which leads to a courtyard and then to another one, amazing maze which, at the end, projects you out again to the same street you had come from.
A small oasis out of time.
