Dad is still healthy and sound for his age (90) and he takes short walks with his regular step, as a mountaineer.
He goes shopping to the street market with his rucksack, where he puts all the food, vegetables and fruit he buys.
He nearly always buys flowers for Mum and in general he smashes them under heavier items.
When he arrives home, she tells him off by joke
“How clumsy you are, you are smashed all these beautiful roses!”
Then she cuts them shorter and arranges all and put them in a vase.
He says “Oh, they were not so spoilt, after all, they look nice, let’s hope they’ll last”.
