I'd say the quintessential Christmas scene. A warm capture despite the cold weather, and made even more delightful by the falling snow.

Marisa, this is absolutely beautiful photograph. The Christmas spirit shines thru in the gorgeous Christmas tree, the lights on in the buildings behind make one think of invitation and warmth. Love the little things, like the footprints around. Merry Christmas to you and yours. Can't wait to see your photo's even more, in 2012! Best Wishes!

Well you couldn't mistake the fact that it's Christmas .... LOL! But it is interesting too, with the fountain and the houses in the background.

I vote for archetype with warm colors on a cloudy day.
