I never go too far from the threshold of my cave in summer, I spring out cautiously like an untamed fox early in the morning and I look for quiet places.

I like the terrace of this café in a very special way; it’s always nicely cool even when the merciless summer sun makes the air red-hot.

The silent wise one who shares generously my life and I joins me there before 8 am for the first cup of coffee.
It’s a privileged time of the day I would never give up.

Even the smells change in summer, they become overwhelming, exaggerated.
All is extreme in summer; the only way is to become more discreet ourselves to balance that.
