Churches are traditionally considered “a place of welcome” and a shelter,
not only for believers.

This is quite confirmed here, in the specific case showed by my picture.

They are so friendly in this church that there is even a hotel!

Actually it’s a quite bizarre and peculiar features…
the entry of this small and very unpretentious hotel,
which has absolutely nothing to do with any religious organization,
is into the church building.

I suppose it’s simply a matter of interconnected very ancient architectures, nevertheless....
