Ah, but you are confusing climate with weather. It is funny that these kind of ice events can be so beautiful, yet so dangerous. It is a beautiful image.

There is something magical about things encased in ice. It is more appreciated as we exit the end of winter and head toward Spring. Your saturation touches really set this off. Beautiful.
