I am an ophthalmologist who does medical and surgical work with children and adults. These are collected photographs from my volunteer medical trips with the group Healing the Children. Teams of U.S. physicians, anesthesiologists and nurses were organized for surgical care of indigent children with eye diseases. These particular photos were from trips to Bolivia and Ecuador.
