My Chocolate Raspberry Cake - easy to make (I love that aspect of it) and it tastes so good. This photo shows it before it's actually finished. I usually sprinkle powdered sugar on top just before serving. If I do it too early the sugar absorbs the moisture and then it turns into a brown muck. Sometimes I drizzle raspberry sauce on top, but usually just for appearance or a little added flavor. The main emphasis is the chocolate, with a hint of raspberry flavoring baked in.
