Pieces of Paris, Spring-Summer 2005

A new set made during our sunday morning trips in Paris starting at Easter 2005. As previously said
in the former "pieces of Paris" gallery, don't expect to see here conventional postcards, no Eiffel tower, no Louvre pyramid,
nothing famous...except some small details I hope you've never seen or areas I hope you've never heard about.
Sept 25th: a tour around the town hall and Beaubourg.
July 17th: "Très Grande Bibliothèque" and a tour in Saint Germain.
July 14th CONFEDERATION DAY: Bastille, "Parc des Buttes Chaumont", "Canal Saint Martin".
July 3rd: Enghien les Bains, small boats and models exhibition, "Parc Floral" in Vincennes.
Jun 26th: "Parc Monceau"
Apr 22nd: (not a sunday but I'm free!). Bercy area in the east of Paris.
Apr 17th: Caillebotte property in Yerres. Yerres is a small town 15 kms south of Paris. This property was owned by the famous painter Gustave CAILLEBOTTE.
Apr 10th: Carnavalet Museum and around in "Le Marais".
Apr 03rd: Barbizon, famous painters village. Located 60 Kms South of Paris, Barbizon is well known for it's painting school. The main style is landscape and most known painters are COROT,
MILLET, and ROUSSEAU.
Mar 28th: flea market in Saint Ouen, lunch in an italian restaurant. Located in the North-West of Paris, this flea market, maybe the biggest in the world, is born officially in 1880.

I like the way you took pieces of Paris and not the typical tourist shots. I like the views because they portray how you saw them through your eyes.
