A model unknown to this viewer, but is surely a close relative of the Batmobile! It's "facial" features - low slung eyes, a nose-like grille, and fenders protruding like ears, all together resemble a bat in flight save for the sleek, blue color. It seems fitting that this showpiece is mounted and not just standing in grass! BV
