A section of the road surface is being raised from the
ship that has brought them from Japan where they were
fabricated. Normally they raise these during the day and
get them set in place between the time I leave for work
and the time I return. But, something must have gone
wrong with this one. It hung in this postion with the
delivery ship beneath it for two days.
