On Yer Bike

An Irish expression meaning 'get lost'.
Which is more or less what management told the union today when
we argued against their plan to cut staff.
Ironically, it was also used in Britain during the 1980s to suggest that the unemployed should look for work after Tory Minister Norman Tebbit
recounted how his father had got on his bicycle and gone looking for work when he was unemployed during the depression of the 1930s

Great composition and I like the strong contrast and vignette. This reminds me of a Pat Shawyer photo. Sorry about your negotiations, a sign of the times I'm afraid. Sometimes we do have to move to find a better job. That is how I ended up in Texas. V

Great composition with vibrant colours. I hadn't heard that expression before, it does have a dismissive tone to it. I hope your negotiations end well. V.

Which one did you go for? The fastest?

And walked five miles to school in the snow too, no doubt. Fabulous light and exposure. Love this row of colorful bikes. The light vignetting is really nice too. Good luck with your negotiations. V.
