I used layers of lasagne verdi when cooking dinner tonight. I'd like to say it was the weekend challenge which inspired me to cook it but really I wanted to use some leftover wine.
It was only after I had uploaded this image for processing that I realised that it would have been better to have placed the sunflowers to the right of the image but the lasagne was in the oven at that stage.
