I'm assuming that this is a magazine sold by otherwise unemployed street vendors, who get to keep a proportion of their sales revenue. We have something similar here though it's called The Big Issue singular. It's interesting to see the different approaches to sales. Some just stand there holding it up. Others will put on a spruiking show. The really smart ones will have a dog with them.
