The Birdbath

recently installed.
The birds were a bit suspicious at first,
as there is a marauding black cat in the area,
but yesterday evening a little goldfinch paid
a quick visit.I wasn't quick enough with my camera, however,
and he had flown by the time I got the lens cap off!

other sizes: small medium large original auto

A lovely peaceful corner and I'm sure the birds will pose for you when they get used to the new bath so
kindly provided for them.

beautiful watering hole... you've reminded me to add water to mine, we haven't had rain in quite a while.

Poor little birds are wary about coming out in the open without the protection of shrubbery.
Love your new addition & the lovely Acer right behind.

There's a nice "feel" to this shot, with or without the bird. I think the diaginal between the bird bath and the reddish bush in the background works very well compositionally too.

Oh you will see they shall flow away every time, I hate them, but it's a beauty so maybe a lot of food, love the small leaves.

It looks very swish and modern, I hope they're going to keep it clean :o)
